  • Not at all. The SZN approach is about freedom, not restriction. You’ll learn how to fit your favorite foods into your nutrition targets through smart swaps and balance.

  • No—I don’t hand you a rigid meal plan. Instead, you learn how to adjust portions, make macro-friendly swaps, and enjoy the foods you already love while still reaching your goals.

  • Most programs throw everything at you at once. At SZN, we use a phased approach—layering habits step by step so you’re never overwhelmed. You also get boutique, high-touch support with multiple weekly touchpoints instead of just a one-time plan.

    Unlike programs that chase client volume or quick “transformation pics,” I’m focused on sustainable wins and baseline behavioral change. I’ve been in a 9-month deficit myself under another coach, and I know how damaging that can be. With SZN, you’ll never be pushed into unhealthy extremes just to look shredded in record time.   • Our coaching is fully online and async. You’ll have 24/7 access to send updates or questions, and I’ll reply with coaching notes Monday–Friday.

  • No. If you love the gym, I’ll create a strength program for you. If not, we can design a routine around home workouts or walking. The minimum requirement is that we work your muscles in some way and keep daily movement a priority.

  • Instead of waiting for a weekly call, you can message whenever you need. You’ll submit a weekly checkin form, and I’ll review it with feedback and adjustments so you’re never left guessing.

  • Every client is different, but many start noticing changes in energy and confidence within the first few weeks. We focus on building sustainable habits so results last long beyond coaching.
