Client Stories

SZN isn’t about quick fixes or extremes.
Clients come to build consistency, confidence, and sustainable change — even when life is full.

Here’s what that looks like in real life.

Tuyen

From all-or-nothing habits to a confident, flexible routine — even through travel and illness.

Before joining SZN, I really struggled with nutrition. I was going to the gym 2–3 times a week but not seeing results because I was eating poorly. I ate small portions, but I was still snacking too much, eating unbalanced meals, and not giving my body the nutrients it needed. I had no real nutrition education and didn’t understand the science behind macros or calorie-in–calorie-out.

In the first week, I learned that because I’m petite, my body is efficient and doesn’t need as many calories to function. Sanjana provided me with macros for weight loss, and with that guidance I was able to plan meals that met my protein, carb, and fat goals while staying within my daily calorie intake. I learned how to use a food scale, identify high-protein foods, and—most importantly—how to “parent” my inner child who wanted to indulge cravings that didn’t align with my goals. For me, it became a mix of awareness and daily self-negotiation.

After three months in the program, I snack far less, my belt fits looser, and I naturally gravitate toward more balanced meals. I stop eating when I’m full. I sleep when I’m tired. I carry a 40 oz water bottle everywhere. I go on more walks. SZN has helped me lose weight, but more importantly, it’s helped me build a healthier, sustainable, and lasting lifestyle. - Tuyen

Tuyen came to SZN with little formal nutrition knowledge and a history of all-or-nothing habits. She wanted to lose body fat, feel more confident in her choices, and build a lifestyle she could actually maintain — including through travel, work stress, illness, and hormonal fluctuations.

Over 12 weeks, Tuyen built a strong foundation of food awareness, portioning skills, and flexible structure. She progressed from guessing at meals to planning ahead, using repeatable “anchor meals,” and confidently navigating restaurants and social situations. Her daily step count increased from a ~3,000-step baseline to a consistent 8,000–9,000 steps, and her progress photos show visible changes in body composition and definition.

Just as importantly, Tuyen learned how to adapt without spiraling. She maintained consistency through international travel, illness, long workdays, and period weeks — prioritizing recovery when needed and re-establishing routines with compassion rather than restriction. The result is not just physical progress, but a calmer, more confident relationship with food, movement, and her body — and the skills to sustain those results long-term.

Sanchi

Reducing body fat without giving up social nights or enjoyment.

I have lost 7 pounds so far, I get more steps consistently every week than I ever had before, and I feel overall healthier and less bloated because I’m eating balanced meals every day for the first time in my life. - Sanchi

Sanchi came to SZN after a year of frequent dining out through work and a Peloton-heavy, cardio-focused routine that left her feeling less in control of her weight and body composition. She wanted a sustainable way to reduce body fat without giving up the social parts of her life she enjoyed, including trivia nights and wine club.

Through consistent nutrition support, balanced meals, and an approach designed to fit her real lifestyle, Sanchi has lost 7 pounds, increased her weekly step count, and reports feeling healthier and significantly less bloated. Most importantly, she has been able to make steady progress while continuing to participate in social events — building habits she can maintain long-term rather than cycling through short-term fixes.

Leila

Sustainable fat loss while working in-office 5x/week and managing stress.

What I love about Sanjana’s SZN program is how sustainable, accountable, and personalized it is. She truly understands my travel- and food-loving lifestyle and shares practical tips and program that actually stick, like portioning hacks for social gatherings. When I spiraled after a few days of weight gain from trips and food events, she helped me zoom out and see my long-term progress, and after three months I was surprised by how much more fit my body looked! I feel more confident after seeing the results that actually came true. - Leila

Leila came to SZN with a strong baseline of movement, but a demanding job that required returning to the office five days a week, a long-standing sweet tooth, and a pattern of stress eating during busy weeks. While she was “doing many things right,” the lack of structure and recovery left her feeling stuck and inconsistent.

Over the past 3 months, Leila has built a sustainable routine anchored by daily movement, balanced nutrition, and flexibility rather than restriction. Her average step count has increased to over 10,000 per day, stress- and sugar-driven eating has significantly decreased, and her progress photos show clear improvements in muscle definition and body composition.

Just as importantly, Leila learned how to adjust in real time — navigating social meals, high-stress periods, and injury management without reverting to all-or-nothing habits. The result is not only approximately five pounds of weight loss to date, but a more grounded, confident relationship with food, movement, and recovery that fits her real life and work schedule.
