My Story
Hi, I’m Sanjana 👋 — founder of SZN Health Coaching.
I’m a certified Precision Nutrition coach, currently completing my ACE CPT and 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. Before starting SZN, I spent nearly a decade in tech—working long hours, feeling burnt out, and constantly trying to “get healthy” between deadlines. I went through every cycle: new gyms, new personal trainers and coaches, always starting over.
What finally changed things wasn’t more willpower—it was learning to approach my health with structure and self-compassion. I began to understand how to fuel my body, train with intention, and manage stress without burning out. Over time, I felt stronger, lighter, and more at ease—in both body and mind.
SZN was born from that experience. It’s a program built for real people with real lives—those who want to feel good, get stronger, and stay consistent without extremes or guilt.

Why I Started SZN
I didn’t grow up around health or fitness — no one in my family lifted weights or knew what macros were. But something in me was always drawn to it. What started as curiosity became a form of healing.
Strength training taught me how to trust my body. Nutrition showed me how to nourish myself, not restrict myself. Yoga brought me back to peace after years of stress and striving.
SZN was born from that transformation — from realizing that health isn’t just physical. It’s how you rebuild strength and self-respect from the inside out. I created SZN to help other women do the same: to find their power again through Strength · Zen · Nourishment.
My Approach
SZN is built on personalization and partnership. Every woman I work with comes in with her own story, routines, and challenges, so we start where you are and grow from there.
We focus on small, meaningful changes that compound over time: building strength, improving food awareness, and learning to move and eat in a way that supports your real life. I keep my roster intentionally small so I can give hands-on support — whether it’s reviewing a restaurant menu, helping you navigate travel, or checking in midweek when life feels chaotic.
The goal isn’t to chase an ideal. It’s to build a lifestyle that feels steady, strong, and sustainable.
Why Work With Me
I’m not the coach who’s been fit her whole life — I’m someone who had to figure it out the long way and is still a work in progress. That’s why I know how to meet you where you are. I’ve lived through the confusion, the frustration, and the start-overs, and I know how it feels to want real, lasting change.
My clients don’t just learn what to eat or how to work out — they learn how to trust themselves again. Because once you rebuild that self-trust, everything else — the results, the confidence, the calm — naturally follows.
